When you send an email campaign out to your customers you are required by law in this country and in most other countries to include an unsubscribe link as well as your company contact details so that if the user has got any questions or would like to be removed from your marketing campaign then they can do so easily.

If people choose to be removed from your campaigns by clicking the unsubscribe link in your email then you will be able to see exactly who has unsubscribed and when they choose to do this.

You can even export specifically the users who have chosen to be removed from your mailing list and contact them via the phone to see if this has been done by mistake.
